SCHEDULE:  2024 WSO Race Walk
 

Men/Women - Order of Events (All Age Groups) 
 

DIVISIONS:

5-Year Age Brackets: 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+, 80+, 85+, 90+, 95+, 100+, 105+
Games officials reserve the right to cancel any event or combine age divisions due to insufficient entries.
 

SPORT FEE:

$60 Registration Fee - Plus $20.00/or $10.00 Venue Fee

REGISTRATION RULES:
• All athletes are required to read and understand the rules.
 

FORMAT / RULES:
NSGA 2025 Rules Apply

1. Courses and formats for the 1500M and 5K will be determined by the availability of facilities in the host city.

2. The circuit for 5K shall be a maximum of 1250M but not shorter than 1000M. The 1500M Race Walk will be on a standard 400M track or a 1500M road course.

SPORT RULES:

2. Athletes must use proper race walking techniques or risk disqualification.

3. Athletes must not wear clothing that could impede the view of the judges.
 

MEDALS:

In each class and age division, Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top three scores. There will be no tie-breakers. Ties will be given identical medals.
