Men/Women - Order of Events (All Age Groups)
 

**M/W Field Events will be run in a drop-in fashion.    

DIVISIONS:
 

5-Year Age Brackets: 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+, 80+, 85+, 90+, 95+, 100+, 105+
Games officials reserve the right to cancel any event or combine age divisions due to insufficient entries.
 

SPORT FEE:

$60 Registration Fee - Plus $20.00/or $10.00 Venue Fee

9 am - M/W 100M Race Walk

ASAP - M/W 100M Run

ASAP - M/W 800M Race Walk

8 am - Field - Saturday, August 3:  (7:30 am - Warm-up)

8 am - M/W Discus

8 am - M/W High Jump or Standing Long Jump

10 am - M/W Shot Put 

10 am - M/W Triple Jump

9 am - Track - Saturday, August 3:  (8:30 am - Warm-up)         

9 am - M/W 50M Run

REGISTRATION RULES:
• All athletes are required to read and understand the rules.
 

FORMAT / RULES:
NSGA 2025 Rules Apply

1. Advancement to the finals for the 50m, 100m, 200m and 400m will be on time (the fastest 8 times to the final)

2. All races longer than 400m will be timed finals, with the fastest final going last.

3. General order for track events is Women, Oldest to Youngest than Men, Oldest to Youngest.

MEDALS:

In each class and age division, Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top three scores. There will be no tie-breakers. Ties will be given identical medals.
